Q1. Can existing members also join as affiliates?
Yes. However, you cannot subscribe under your own referral code.
Q2. When and how is the payout made?
Automatically on the monthly payout date, via bank transfer (Korea) or Stripe Connect (global).
Q3. Is there a minimum payout amount?
Payout terms, including any threshold, are confirmed individually when your application is approved. Reach out at support@cwcount.com.
Q4. Who covers the Stripe Connect fee?
The member. It is auto-deducted at affiliate payout. Bank transfer has zero fee.
Q5. What if tracking fails?
Only members who sign up through your referral URL within 60 days are tracked. Tracking is not possible if cookies are blocked.
Q6. Is this an MLM / unlimited affiliate scheme?
No. A single 50% commission on the first payment only. No multi-level structure.
Q7. What about refunded payments?
If a payment is refunded, the commission is deducted accordingly.
